2. Download the app and tap "Log in/Register."

6. Create a 4-digit PIN and re-enter to confirm.

1. Tap the "Retrieve your account" banner on the dashboard, or go to "Retrieve my account" at the account section of the app. 
2. To verify your identity, you'll need to take a selfie and wait for the confirmation. Once verified, you'll see your account and loan info on the main screen. 
3. If your identity was not verified, don't worry! You can upload a photo of your ID and fill in your details. Just tap "Confirm" and wait for the confirmation. Then, you'll see your account and loan info on the dashboard once verified.
